How quickly can I get started?
Most customers are up and running within 5 minutes. Purchase a tracking number, add our script to your website, and you're ready to track calls.
Do I need technical knowledge to set up Callytics?
No. Our setup wizard guides you through everything. If you can copy and paste a line of code into your website, you can set up Callytics. We also provide instructions for popular platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Squarespace.
How does call recording work?
When enabled, Callytics automatically records all inbound calls. Recordings are stored securely and accessible from your dashboard. You'll hear a brief notification at the start of each call (required by UK law).
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We support number porting from most UK providers. Contact our support team to start the porting process.
What happens if I exceed my included minutes?
You'll be charged the overage rate shown on your plan (4-5p per minute depending on your tier). We notify you at 80% usage so there are no surprises.
Is Callytics GDPR compliant?
Yes. We're built for UK businesses with GDPR compliance in mind. Our click-to-call tracking doesn't store personal data—it captures campaign information only. Call recordings are stored securely and you control retention periods.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
How do I upload conversions to Google Ads?
Callytics can automatically upload phone call conversions to Google Ads. Connect your Google Ads account in Settings → Integrations, then enable conversion upload for your tracking numbers.
